We're excited to welcome a Workforce Officer to our Workforce Advisory team.

This role is responsible for managing day to day employment enquires providing the highest levels of customer service delivery. You will also provide operational support to the Workforce Advisory team including case management support, analytics and reporting. This role requires you to work with limited supervision in a specialist team and requires you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide a high level of customer service, timely and accurate operational human resource advice in relation to employment queries in accordance with the HR industrial framework.
- Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
- Prepare correspondence on a range of employment matters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate complex matters to the Senior Advisor or Principal Advisor Workforce where appropriate.

Comprising salary between $3603.50 - $3969.90 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $47.41 - $52.23 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (multiple positions available: one permanent part time position, 45.6 hrs pf. and two fixed term temporary full time positions,



76hrs p.f. for up to 12 months with possibility of extension). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
