We're looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our North Brisbane restaurant and deliver outstanding results across operations, people, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of the restaurant's performance, team development, and day-to-day operations.
About the role As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Pizza Hut brand standards
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
- Drive sales growth through strong execution of promotions and local store marketing initiatives
- Ensure CHAMPS standards are consistently achieved across customer service, hygiene, and product quality
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and audit requirements
- Manage labour and food costs to meet profitability targets
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle employee relations and operational issues in line with company procedures
- Approve and control store expenditure within set guidelines
About you
You will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
- Robust commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and cost data
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A high level of accountability, initiative, and drive

Salary: $79500.00 to $82000.00 Yearly and 12% Superannuation
