About the role:
Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure protected, efficient operations. You’ll work closely with production to minimise downtime and keep machinery running reliably. Mon–Fri 5:30am–2:30pm + OT, shifts, and call-outs as required
What you will be responsible for:
- Fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain safety standards and complete daily inspections
- Support TPM and record all maintenance work
- Minimise downtime with production teams
- Manage spare parts and replace defective components
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO procedures
- Liaise with suppliers and support cost control
Requirements
- Mechanical trade or strong hands‑on experience
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
- Welding experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of TPM and preventative maintenance
- Strong teamwork and reliability
