The position:
Hillcrest Christian College is seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community to provide strategic leadership of teaching and learning, student wellbeing, community culture,
and staff development within the Middle (Years 5-8) Learning Community.
As a key educational leader, the Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community will cultivate a culture of belonging, excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring community life reflects the College's Christian ethos and guiding principles.
Reporting to the Leadership team, this key leadership role is responsible for advancing academic excellence, student wellbeing and pastoral care while supporting staff growth and leading collaborative, high-performing teams to create a thriving learning environment where students flourish.
This is a permanent full time position, commencing in Term 4, 2026, or as otherwise negotiated with the successful applicant.
