The Challenges:

Operationally, the floor is a combination of the sheet metal fabrication business and the bespoke finishing / joinery business. Each come with their own unique culture that requires optimisation of process and creative thinking to extract the highest quality product in the most efficient way.

People-wise, with two businesses used to operating in markedly different cultures,



bringing them together as one team will be the real test of your leadership and change capability.

Commercially, strengthening customer relationships at a high level to support the Sales Team and leveraging new opportunities to expand into aligned markets within the built environment.

Strategically, creating a vision people can buy into and make significant contributions to the success of.

What We’re Looking For:

A strategic business leader with a track record of driving real business change on a people and manufacturing level.

Values driven – specifically in earning trust, building respect through supporting and listening to people and creating a transparent culture.

Evidence of creating a vision people buy into. One that allows them to contribute heavily to and realise their potential in the process.

A strong operational bias in your career as you’ve grown into leadership. You’ve been through the pains and successes of manufacturing with evidence of delivering continuous improvement not only as an idea but through the culture of a business.

Financially astute and able to manage productive, high-level customer relationships.
