Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support clients at Bell Post Hill and Werribee centres. This onsite role includes a two-week full time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) and involves reception duties, booking appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports.
You will work with diverse clients, assist clinicians, and help with minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting, contributing to hearing health services nationwide.
