Andersens is looking for passionate and self-driven flooring estimators to join the team. Successful candidates will work alongside our project team to assist in delivering key responsibilities outlined below.

Key responsibilities for this position are

- Identifying scope of works
- Tender preparation and quotations including design variations
- Project admin including preparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractors
- Undertaking site inspections and liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Any other duties as required

The Skills Required For This Position Are

- Should have experience in reviewing and analysing technical drawings, specifications and relevant documentation to complete taking off quantities for wall and floor tiles + waterproofing + angles etc for estimating and pricing purposes




- Sound knowledge of Measure Square/CAD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Valid Driver’s License but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- Basic competency in mathematics
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to undertake work independently and within a team
- Show initiative and demonstrate a commitment to service
- Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities
