We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified refrigeration or air-conditioning service technician to join our busy teamand carry out service, maintenance & repairs on our products.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- The main role of the Service Technician is to carry out regular maintenance and service on ice machines under the guidance and direction of the Tech Services Manager.
- Responsibilities to include fault diagnosis, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, commissioning, and spare parts.
- You will also be required to conduct site visits, ensure OHS compliance and work closely with the Tech services area,
spare parts, dispatch and sales departments.
- Assisting the Technical Service Manager with technical support enquires from customer, advising internal sales on correct spare parts, etc..
- Rostered afterhours technical phone support only. No weekend work!
- Communicating customer needs and wishes to the Tech Services Department to facilitate customer product satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in servicing Ice Machines will be highly regarded, however model specific training will be provided.
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
- Adaptable work ethic
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
