Senior Manager / Director - Restructuring & Advisory

We're partnering with leading mid-market advisory firms based in Sydney CBD.

Focussing on early intervention, value preservation and practical solutions - not defaulting straight to insolvency.

The role

As a Senior Manager / Director, you'll lead complex restructuring and advisory engagements, act as a trusted adviser to clients at critical moments, and help grow the practice through strong client relationships and business development.

You'll be involved in:

- Leading and managing senior client relationships
- Negotiating with key stakeholders (creditors, legal advisers, financiers)
- Delivering commercial, data-driven insolvency & restructuring advice
- Financial modelling,



forecasting and viability analysis
- Mentoring and developing high-performing teams

About you

- 7+ years' experience in restructuring / insolvency
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
