Position Title: Executive AssistantClassification: Dependant on ExperienceSalary per hour: Dependant on ExperienceEmployment Type: Ongoing full-timeAward: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025Role descriptionBoort District Health Services (BDH) is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and qualified Executive Assistant to provide dedicated high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Executive Team.This is a pivotal role within the organisation, contributing directly to the delivery of BDH's strategic priorities and ensuring the efficient functioning of executive operations.The Executive Assistant (EA) delivers efficient, accurate, and proactive administrative and executive support, enabling the CEO and Executive Team to focus on key strategic, operational, and organisational outcomes. The role also plays an integral part in supporting leadership effectiveness and team performance.A key component of the position is the coordination of internal and external events and stakeholder engagements, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high professional standard and align with BDH's values and Strategic Plan.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide confidential and high-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Executive TeamManage complex calendars, correspondence, and executive communicationsCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materialsSupport the delivery of strategic and operational initiativesCoordinate internal and external events, functions, and stakeholder engagementsEnsure all communications and activities reflect BDH's values and organisational standardsMaintain systems, processes,
