Project Administrator | Cannington | Permanent | Up to $85,000 + Super (DOE)

Looking to build your career in project administration within a quick-paced construction and infrastructure environment? We're seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to provide essential support to Project Managers and operational teams, helping ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to completion.

Offering up to $85,000 + Super depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

You'll become a key member of the project team, coordinating documentation, maintaining project records, assisting with reporting and invoicing, liaising with clients and suppliers, and helping keep multiple projects on track. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, project administration, or team support role
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills




- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice to Have

- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments
- Exposure to project management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Fusion, or similar systems
- Experience with project scheduling, procurement tracking, and document control
- Formal administration qualifications (desirable but not essential)

Preferred Education & Experience

- Formal administration qualification preferred but not required
- Previous experience supporting Project Managers, Supervisors, or site-based teams
- Experience managing project documentation, reports, invoicing, and stakeholder communications
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
