The Role
Clifton HillsPS is seeking a highly motivated educator who will work closely as a member of the School’s Administration Team to support and lead the school. As part of this role, you will provide strategic and innovative educational leadership in the school. The successful applicant will ideally be motivated, hardworking, and a highly effective leader with outstanding interpersonal skills, professional knowledge, and proven skills in working within a team-oriented team structure. Previous experience and understanding of best practice in the Early Years would be desirable.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in “job share” situations and have the ability to self-reflect, promote an workplace of active and positive behaviour management, use data to drive decisions and support staff with curriculum strategies.
Curriculum leadership is the primary focus of your work in this role. This will entail you collaboratively reviewing and then support staff to writing of the School Improvement Plans with appropriate budgeting considerations based on data analysis.
The successful applicant should also possess extensive knowledge in whole school approaches, data analysis, and the ability with identifying key areas of focus to support the school’s Vision,
Business Plan and Improvement Plans. It is recommended applicants understand instructional coaching, policies and procedures.
