We are seeking an Agent Services Manager to take ownership of the vendor experience and coordinate everything required to prepare properties for a successful campaign.

The Role

This is a highly organised and client-facing position working closely with vendors, sales agents and suppliers to ensure every property is presented beautifully and ready to launch. You will be responsible for:

- Managing vendor communication throughout the pre-sale process
- Coordinating property styling, photography, floorplans, trades, repairs and general property preparation
- Managing campaign timelines and ensuring everything is delivered on schedule
- Liaising closely with sales agents, vendors and external suppliers
- Coordinating the many moving parts involved in bringing a property to market
- Ensuring properties are presented to the highest possible standard




- Providing a seamless and professional experience for every vendor
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents and service providers

About You

- Polished, highly organised and naturally client-focused
- Previous experience in real estate sales administration
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Confident managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
