About The role

Insync Construction Group Pty Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper / Admin person to join our team in Banksmeadow, NSW. This administrative / Bookkeeper role will provide essential support to our busy operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

What you'll be doing

- Administrative and Book Keeping Duties covering 3 days per week (flexible)
- Providing a wide range of general administrative support, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and scheduling
- Undertaking all typical book keeping functions using Xero
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and responsive manner
- Coordinating logistics, such as travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and task completion

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role




- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Xero
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
