Point Cook Senior Secondary College is seeking a Student Inclusion Leader to drive inclusive education, coordinating Disability Inclusion and ensuring adjustments and targeted supports are implemented across the college.
You will work with the Learning Specialist and curriculum-based Instructional Leaders to embed inclusive practice in planning, assessment and classroom instruction, building staff capability and delivering data-driven improvements for diverse learners.
