About the Role

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the operational management and set-up a landmark a brand new mixed-use development in Manly, featuring premium residential, retail, and commercial precincts.

You will be the key point of contact for residents, tenants and contractors, delivering clients with a seamless experience while maintaining strong operational performance.

You will also be supported by a part-time Junior Facilities Manager to assist with day-to-day operations and delivery of facilities services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Building and Facilities Management




- A genuine passion for the Building and Facilities Management industry
- Proven experience in setting up new developments, including operational mobilisation, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of facilities management processes.
- Experience working with Building Management Committees (BMCs) and effectively managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong technical knowledge across building systems and operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Experience interpreting budgets, financial reports, and managing operational expenditure
- Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management
- Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata, and residential buildings
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of initiative
- Ambition to grow and develop your career within the industry
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional presentation and a high level of personal integrity
