Fleetwood Australia is seeking a Factory Supervisor to lead the day-to-day production of our modular building projects at Crestmead. You will manage a team of tradespeople, coordinate contractors and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery in line with drawings and project requirements.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive productivity, monitor progress and develop a high-performing team within a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
