Our client is a prominent national real estate franchise group with a growing corporate team. This role sits within their national property management support function, working closely with the Head of Property Management to lift consistency, best practice and capability across the Queensland network.
About the Role
This is a hands-on training and support role built for an experienced Property Manager who gets more satisfaction from helping others succeed than carrying their own portfolio. You will be working alongside Property Management teams across Queensland, supporting them through training delivery, onboarding, day-to-day coaching and operational guidance.
This is not a portfolio role. It is a people role, and the right person will thrive in that environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the creation and delivery of property management training across the Queensland network
- Reinforcing company systems, processes and legislative requirements with teams on the ground
- Providing follow-up support after training sessions to assist with implementation
- Offering day-to-day coaching and guidance to Property Managers on workflow, systems and compliance
- Supporting the induction of new offices and property management staff across Queensland
- Assisting with onboarding activities,
training resources and checklists for new team members
- Acting as a point of contact for new staff during their onboarding period
- Maintaining and updating property management manuals, templates and guides
About You
- 3 to 6 years experience in residential property management
- Solid understanding of Queensland legislation
- Confident, clear communicator with a supportive and approachable style
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Comfortable working within established systems and processes
- Genuinely enjoys helping others grow and contributing to a collaborative team environment
