Venue Manager – Elk Espresso, Broadbeach

Elk has been part of the Gold Coast café scene since 2012. Sitting beachside in Broadbeach, you'll start your mornings watching the sun rise over the Pacific, and every winter, the whales put on a show. We're busy. Really busy. Hundreds of people through the doors every day, an incredible leadership team, and a business that's built on relationships, consistency and caring deeply about the little things.

We're also a venue that never stands still. Every season brings a new menu, fresh ideas, new produce and new opportunities to push ourselves creatively. We don't settle for "positive enough"—we're always asking how we can make tomorrow even better than today.

We're looking for our next Venue Manager.

Someone who naturally lifts the people around them.

Someone who believes culture isn't something you talk about once a month—it's something you create every single shift.

You'll lead a team of incredible humans alongside experienced department leaders. Your role isn't to do everything. It's to coach, develop,



support and make sure every guest walks away feeling like they've been genuinely looked after and found home.

Years of proven experience in a similar role.

Hospitality experience in a fast-paced venue is essential, along with proven leadership experience. If you've managed large teams, understand financial performance, labour, service standards and know how to get the best out of people, we'd love to talk.
