About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Machine Operator (Lamination) to join our manufacturing team at our Darra, Queensland facility, operating our lamination machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Operating lamination machinery, equipment and tools within a manufacturing environment
- Laminating sheets and materials in accordance with production requirements
- Monitoring production processes and identifying or troubleshooting machinery issues
- Packing finished products or components for shipment or further processing
- Sorting and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identifying and removing defective products or rejects
- Operating forklifts as required
- Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures

- A willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- The ability to safely use tools and equipment
To Be Successful, You Must:
- Be available to work 38-40 hours per week across day and afternoon shifts
- Be available to work overtime when required
- Hold full working rights in Australia
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and have reliable transport
- Hold a valid forklift licence
- Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical
- Be able to wear the required PPE, including steel-cap safety boots and high-visibility workwear
