About The Role

Our customer service team is highly valued and critical for our continued success. The role is diverse and will see you working with a large and varied product range.

Key accountabilities

- Engage face-to-face with customers in a Showroom environment taking them on a journey of exploration to provide the best packaging solution to fit their needs
- Respond to telephone sales enquiries
- Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and timely follow-up to meet specified delivery dates




- Price and quote customers within agreed parameters
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Field new enquiries and provide support to the external sales team

About You

To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:

- A passion for sales and customer service
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy - SAP or equivalent, although not essential, would be advantageous
- A collaborative approach and a team contributor
- Maturity and a proactive nature
- High attention to detail and accuracy
