About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Part-Time Payroll Officer and play a crucial role in managing their payroll processes with precision. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your payroll knowledge into a standalone role, supporting a vibrant company with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing acrosscirca 200 employees;
- Processing terminations, including calculations and final payments;
- Managingmultiple frequency payroll cycles;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures; and
- Supporting and collaborating with the broader payroll team.
About You
- Minimum1+ years' experience in astandalonepayrollposition;
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, including terminations;
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills;
- Exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements;
- Experience withlarge payroll systemsOracle, SAP,Pronto; and
- Ability to support payroll reporting for a listed corporation, including compliance with relevant industrial relations standards.
