Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) in the Western Region seeks a full time Trainer to deliver competency-based training and assessment programs across the Region.

You will advise, coach, supervise and monitor Volunteer Unit Trainers and maintain training records to meet VICSES RTO compliance and Health and Safety standards.

The role may require weeknights and weekends and some travel to training sites as part of ongoing operational readiness.
