Belgravia Leisure is seeking an energetic Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator for NSW Wollondilly Community Leisure Centre – Picton. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experience and drive membership growth in line with the Guest Charter.
Reporting to the Area Sales and Guest Experience Manager, you will train and develop Guest Experience Officers, monitor performance through data, and manage rosters and centre initiatives during peak periods, including evenings and weekends.
