About the Role

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences, fostering connections and building a vibrant community for older people?

As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a key role in enriching the lives of our residents by developing, coordinating and delivering engaging lifestyle programs that promote wellbeing, independence, choice, connection and a robust sense of belonging.





Working closely with the Recreational Therapy Regional Advisor, Residential Manager, Allied Health professionals, volunteers, residents, families and community partners, you will create opportunities that support residents:

- Physical and emotional wellbeing
- Social and community connection
- Cultural and spiritual needs
- Cognitive wellbeing and personal interests
- Independence, choice and participation
- Individual goals, preferences and life experiences

From coordinating celebrations, special events and community activities to developing meaningful partnerships and encouraging resident participation, every day provides an opportunity to make a genuine difference.
