The opportunity
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advising on corporate structuring, business sales and acquisitions, governance, joint ventures and service arrangements.
- Working on innovative projects in affordable housing, infrastructure and community development.
- Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex, impactful transactions.
About You
- 2-4 years’ PAE in commercial law (property and corporate experience highly regarded).
- Strong drafting,
analytical and problem solving skills.
- A client-focused, solutions oriented mindset.
- An enthusiasm for collaboration, learning and growth.
