In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team of oncology nurses within a day oncology setting, and will oversee chemotherapy governance,
maintain rigorous safety and accreditation standards, support clinical trial activity, and drive continuous quality improvement across the unit.
This is a dynamic and exciting role, suited to someone with strong leadership capabilities and excellent clinical knowledge.
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
Hold ADAC and be competent in administering chemotherapy
Demonstrated experience in Medical Oncology
Proven leadership experience at Nurse Unit Manager level (desirable)
Strong knowledge of oncology governance, safety standards, and quality improvement frameworks
Full working rights in Australia (desirable but not essential)
