Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer/Groundsman for a permanent part time role. You will maintain Newcastle Anglican properties, handling painting, repairs, equipment servicing, minor construction and alterations.
Responsibilities include inspections, safety compliance and coordinating contractors as needed. You will be on a three‑weekly on-call roster and may work after hours on occasion, with a focus on safe, professional delivery of services.
