Overview
Join a leading law firm that offers a mix of front‑end and litigative & bargaining work. The firm is expanding its IR/ER practice and is looking for a mid‑level lawyer to work with two partners and contribute to the practice.
Responsibilities
- Litigation and bargaining work
- Advisory matters related to employment contracts and recruitment
- Employment conditions, AWAs, and terminations (including dismissals & redundancy)
- Development of employment policies and procedures
- EEO and OHS issues
Qualifications
Will be a capable lawyer with a successful history in IR and ER from a front‑end or litigious perspective, ideally with 3–7 years of practice (PAE). Keen interest in IR and ER matters is essential.
