Xtraction Espresso in Newcastle and Kotara is seeking casual baristas and cafe all-rounders who genuinely enjoy people and excellent coffee. You’ll join two busy cafés and switch between stations as needed, delivering warm hospitality while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Experience behind a coffee machine is preferred, but the most important trait is making customers feel valued. Enjoy learning, developing skills and contributing to a positive café culture at both locations.
