About the Role
This is a hands‑on, rewarding role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of chairside assisting, infection control, and supporting our clinicians to ensure smooth, efficient appointments.
The role also includes providing relief at reception when needed, so confidence in communication and multitasking is key.
- Assisting across all general areas of dentistry.
- Maintaining exceptional infection prevention and control standards.
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation
- Preparing surgeries efficiently
- Stock management and ordering
- Supporting reception when required
- Creating a positive patient experience from arrival to departure.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant (private practice preferred)
- Confident in infection control protocols and chairside assisting
- Solid communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment
- A true team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to the role
