Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Overseas After-Sales Technical Support Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical service of EV charging infrastructure projects across Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with local customers, partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide professional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for EV charger installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and site inspections across Australia.

2. Communicate with local customers and distributors in English, provide on-site technical training, and explain equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

3. Handle after-sales technical issues, identify spare parts requirements, and provide on-site feedback to the R&D; team for product improvement.

4. Support local project delivery,



commissioning completion, customer acceptance, and after-sales service activities.

5. Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners by providing timely and professional technical solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or related fields.

2. High Voltage Electrical Licence or relevant electrical certification is highly preferred.

3. Minimum 1 year of experience in EV charging stations, electrical equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support.

4. Basic understanding of electrical circuits, OCPP communication protocol, and Australian EV charging standards.

5. Strong hands‑on ability, problem‑solving skills, and willingness to work independently.

6. Ability to undertake regular travel and work on‑site at customer locations across Australia.

7. Permanent Resident (PR) or Australian Citizen preferred.
