PLS is seeking a Leading Hand Process Operator to coordinate daily tasks with the Processing Plant and assist the Shift Supervisor in running operations. The role is second in charge on the processing shift and requires leadership in a quick-paced mining environment.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will guide a team of Process Operators, ensure adherence to procedures, and adjust priorities to meet delivery demands while maintaining a strong safety focus and collaborative teamwork.
