Full Time Podiatrist: Aged Care: Community and Centre-based

McArthur is working with a leading Not-for-profit organisation, Uniting Agewell, in sourcing an experience Podiatrist to assist the allied health team with delivering outstanding services to the Aged Care community. This role is ideal for a confident community-based clinician who enjoys working autonomously, values person-centred care, and has strong experience working within aged care funding programs. We are looking for someone to start on a permanent basis.

About the Role

- Deliver podiatry services to elderly clients in their own homes
- Manage a varied community caseload using a person-centred approach
- Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, privacy, and confidentiality
- Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and best-practice systems
- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current AHPRA registration
- Experience delivering services under CHSP and HCP
- Advanced clinical skills with a strong person-centred focus




- Ability to work independently in a community/home-visit setting and as part of a team
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of clinical documentation, confidentiality, and privacy requirements

Compliance & Other Requirements

- Satisfactory National Police Record Check (prior to commencement)
- Working with Children Check (VIC)
- Current valid Driver's Licence
- Willingness to use your own roadworthy and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Capacity and willingness to meet organisational and regulatory requirements
