Key Responsibilities
- Process and allocate a high volume of daily customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and payment methods.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and outstanding transactions.
- Maintain customer accounts,
ensuring payments are correctly allocated and account records remain accurate.
- Respond to payment enquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve account issues.
- Work closely with the credit team to support customer account management.
- Assist with month-end processes, including customer statements and reporting.
Skills & Experience
