We Are Looking For:

- Passionate Educators: have a passion to work within early childhood settings, bringing strong engagement, comminication, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.
- Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma,



or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years, OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services and kindergartens around Ringwood and surrounding areas.
- Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

- Child Safety: A commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and maintaining child-safe environments.
- Working with Children Check: Holds, or is willing to immediately obtain, a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Work Rights: Valid Australian work rights with the ability to provide verification documents upon request.
- Qualified with: Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Early Years OR completed 50% of your teaching (ECT) qualification.
