We’re looking for a full-time Administration / Customer Service team member to join our busy Yatala office.
This is a varied role combining administration and customer service, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
What will your day look like?
- Answering customer phone and email enquiries
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Booking freight and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Liaising with customers regarding orders and deliveries
- General data entry and administrative support
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive outstanding service
What we’re looking for
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Friendly, confident and professional customer service
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confidence using Excel and Outlook
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administration or customer service experience is highly regarded
