Job type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £12.72 p/h
Hours: Full-Time, 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, plus alternate Sundays 8am-1pm
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
FREE transport from Carlisle and Penrith (dependant on availability)

The role

A busy, physical production role within a fast-paced packing environment, involving manual handling, line work, and quality checks.

What you need to be to succeed

- Punctual and reliable, attending work on time when required
- Team focused, able to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
- Physically capable of working in a demanding environment, including heavy lifting, bending, twisting, walking and moving throughout the shift
- Safety conscious, able to follow written and verbal instructions, adhere to safety signage, wear correct PPE, and report potential hazards to a supervisor




- Able to problem-solve within the scope of training and experience
- Strong attention to detail, able to spot product issues and report them promptly
- Able to follow instructions given by a supervisor or competent person
- A clear and respectful communicator, remaining calm and professional at all times
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to take ownership of tasks, support others and see work through from start to finish
- Respectful of others, demonstrating positive manners and a professional approach
