We’re currently seeking an experienced Gold Coast-based Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Site Manager at Graya, you’ll be on the ground bringing visionary designs to life, driving delivery, leading high-performing site teams, and ensuring every detail reflects Graya’s signature quality and craftsmanship. From early works through to handover, you’ll lead with clarity, ownership and precision.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage day‑to‑day site operations from early works through to handover.
- Coordinate trades,



subcontractors and consultants to deliver on time and to a high standard.
- Drive program delivery, sequencing and site coordination to keep the project moving forward.
- Champion safety, quality and presentation, ensuring the site reflects the level of finish expected on a Graya project.
- Build solid working relationships with site teams, design teams, consultants and subcontractors.
- Identify opportunities, solve problems and adapt as the project evolves.
- Support cost control and reporting by flagging risks, variations and opportunities early.
- Foster a positive, high‑performance culture on site.
