Job Description

LL Epping PTY LTD LL EPPING PTY LTD as trustee for LL EPPING Trust is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our Learning Ladder ELC Epping centre on a full time basis. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team to provide high-quality education and care to children and support their safety, wellbeing and developmental progress in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting. A valid

Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications are also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's educational and recreational activities. Prepare and conduct educational and recreational activities for children. Supervise children's indoor, outdoor and recreational activities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Support and supervise children's daily routines, including mealtimes, rest and personal hygiene.



Manage children's behaviour and support their social and emotional development. Engage with children through reading, games, play and other age-appropriate activities.

Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily observations. Engage with parents and families to provide updates on their child's development and wellbeing. Ensure all activities comply with relevant childcare regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Qualification & experience Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher relevant qualification). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an early childhood education and care setting.

Must have full-time work rights in Australia. Must be available to work full-time rostered shifts Monday to Friday within the centre's operating hours. Valid

Working with Children Check (WWCC). Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and communication with children, families and team members.
