We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and organised Motel Manager / All-Rounder to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a 20-bed workers accommodation motel located in central Dubbo.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and is happy to turn their hand to whatever needs doing. You will be the main point of contact for workers, while also ensuring the accommodation is clean, well maintained, organised and running smoothly.

Immediate start available.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, you will oversee the daily operation and presentation of the motel.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning rooms, bathrooms and common areas

- Changing linen and managing laundry

- Preparing rooms for incoming workers

- Managing bookings, arrivals and departures

- Keeping room availability and occupancy records up to date

- Being the main point of contact for workers staying at the property

- Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs where appropriate

- Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating trades when required

- Monitoring the condition of rooms and reporting any damage

- Ordering and maintaining cleaning products, linen and other supplies

- Keeping the property,



common areas and surrounds clean and presentable

- Assisting with general administration associated with the accommodation

- Helping ensure the property remains secure, organised and welcoming at all times

About You

- Well organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Friendly, approachable and confident

- Comfortable using basic booking and administration systems

- Hands-on and willing to help with cleaning and general maintenance

- Able to identify problems and take initiative to get them resolved

- Honest, trustworthy and responsible

- Someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean and well presented

This position would suit an experienced motel or accommodation worker, caretaker, cleaner, property all-rounder or someone looking for a practical role where no two days are exactly the same.
