Duty Manager– Park Ridge Tavern

Park Ridge Tavern is a privately owned, highly successful venue who are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced venue, offering the opportunity to work with a solid team and contribute to a well-established operation.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and support staff across all areas of the venue

- Provide strong leadership across bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations

- Maintain venue procedures,



policies, and compliance standards

- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

- Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of hotel/venue operations and procedures

- Experience in bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Hands-on, proactive approach

Requirements

- Current QLD RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications

- Availability to work a varied roster, including evenings, weekends, and nights
