An exciting position exists for an emerging or experienced Business Growth Specialist, who has a proven history in metal fabrication and engineering within a workshop environment, including CNC and Laser. You will report directly to the Sales and Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Creating Business Growth Plans with future forecasting a priority
- Cold Calling potential clients and working towards a positive working relationship
- Identifying new markets and other potential avenues for existing capabilities in the workshop
- Maintaining professional presentation and communication levels with all stakeholders
- Work towards achieving KPI's and Targets set by Management and your own forecasting
- Travelling within the local region in order to secure recent work, and service existing clients
- Provide expert direction to clients and our business based on your experience and the needs of the client
- Work closely with our estimating and production team to service existing and new clients to maintain a consistent pipeline of work
- Offer technical engineering support, advice and solutions with strong negotiation skills
- Attend Industry Networking & Events where applicable
About you
- Estimating, sales, and engineering manufacturing Industry experience
- Current driver's license
- Metal Trade Qualification
- Advanced Computer skills
- Estimating experience
- High Level of innovation and motivation
- Able to work autonomously
- Function strongly within an efficient and driven team
