With recent addition of extra new vehicle franchises Alto Blacktown is seeking experienced sales personnel for our new vehicle sales divisions. Spanning a variety of current vehicle brands there are positions available in both sales and assistant management roles. These roles are available within well established brands and have high income earning potential for the right candidate. Within this full-time position you will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer service whist achieving sales targets as set out by senior management.
What you'll be doing
1. Achieving sales targets and KPI's as set out by the dealership.
2. Leading by example and taking a pro active approach to your role
3. Provide first class customer service and maximise dealership profitability throughout the sales process
4. Foster a positive, customer-focused culture within the sales team
5. Improving your skill set on a daily basis with mentoring from senior management
6. Being part of a team with a fun friendly working environment
What we're looking for
1. Extensive experience (3+ years)
in new vehicle sales or management within the automotive industry
2. Proven track record of sales ability
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Familiarity with the new vehicle sales environment within a high performing dealership
6. Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
