Air Conditioning, Electrical Wholesale & Refrigeration

Looking to step off the tools but still stay hands-on in the trade?

A well-established air conditioning & electrical wholesale business based in South Western Sydney is looking for a proactive and reliable Trade Warehouse Sales Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, organised, and ready to be part of a growing business.

Refrigeration experience is highly regarded, especially if you’ve worked within national wholesale chains like Actrol, Beijer, Heatcraft, Airefrig, or TLE, Rexel, John R Turks, Metalflex, Polyaire,

Package Includes:

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

- Have technical experience in air conditioning or refrigeration

- Are confident using computers (Excel required; SimPRO / Aroflo a bonus)

- Have strong attention to detail and like keeping things in order

- Are physically fit, proactive, and keen to learn

- Hold a forklift licence and a manual driver’s licence





- Have experience in national wholesale chains such as Actrol, Reece, Beijer, Heatcraft, TLE, Rexel, John R Turks, Metalflex, Polyaire, Airefrig — highly regarded but not essential

What You'll Be Doing:

- Counter sales, phone, email enquiries, and general customer service

- Processing orders, invoicing and taking payments

- Offering basic technical support and product info

- Prepping orders and arranging logistic collections for deliveries

- Loading and unloading trucks

- Allocating stock and keeping things organised in the warehouse

- Inventory management and supplier ordering

- Supporting our install and service teams

Qualifications:

- Forklift licence (a must have)

- Open Manual Driver's License (a must have)

Applicants will be IT savvy, with good operation skills. A leadership mentality, trustworthy and can do attitude. Opportunity for advancement into a more senior role, aswell to learn a lot of current skills in an up and coming business in the aircon industry.
