About the Role

Are you a relationship-driven leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and partnering with clients to deliver outstanding results? We're looking for a Regional Manager Client Services to lead a team of Client Relationship Managers while overseeing a diverse portfolio of key clients across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership, client engagement, business growth, and operational excellence in a role where you'll directly influence customer outcomes, commercial success, and team performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Drive client retention strategies and maintain strong engagement through regular contact and strategic account planning.

- Analyse client data, reporting and insights to identify trends, opportunities and tailored solutions.

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities,



including cross-sell and upsell initiatives across products and services.

- Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver seamless client outcomes.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing client feedback, market insights and innovative ideas.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, business development or a similar client-facing leadership role.

- Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.

- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to support decision-making.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.

- Experience within the fleet, automotive, leasing or broader financial services industry will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

- Driver's Licence required.

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related discipline preferred.
