As we continue to grow we are looking for a full time Finance Assistant to join our team.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organised and detail-focused, and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-moving business. You'll support the finance team across a range of day-to-day accounting and administration tasks and play an important role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering and reconciling invoices and payments
- Assisting with bank and account reconciliations
- Processing and checking supplier invoices
- Assisting with customer payments and account queries
- Supporting month-end reporting and financial processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and highly detail-oriented
- Confident working with numbers and financial information
- Reliable and able to manage priorities
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
- A good communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with accounting software and Netsuite
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is preferred
- A relevant accounting or finance qualification, or working towards one, would be an advantage
