TFX is looking for a motivated and personable Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Lithgow.
This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers and working as part of a supportive team environment. You’ll be speaking with customers daily, assisting with enquiries, generating sales opportunities and helping keep projects moving across the construction industry.

About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and sales orders
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Generating recent sales opportunities and leads
- Supporting account management and follow-up
- Assisting with quoting,
order processing and database updates
- Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Is confident on the phone and enjoys customer interaction
- Has previous sales, customer service or phone-based experience
- Is organised, motivated and able to multitask
- Works well within a team environment
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience within construction, industrial supplies or trade-related industries is highly regarded, but not essential.
