About Pinnacle Places

Pinnacle Places is a boutique development management consultancy delivering master-planned residential communities, retail, housing and mixed use projects in NSW and Victoria. Acting as development manager on behalf of private landowners and investment partners, we manage projects end-to-end; from early planning and design, through construction and sales, to long-term estate management.

Our current focus is a large-scale master-planned residential community in Western Sydney, delivered in stages over a multi-year program. It's the kind of project that gives our team genuine end-to-end exposure - council and authority engagement, design and construction delivery, sales and marketing, and ongoing estate presentation.

We're a small, highly motivated team. People here take on real responsibility early, work closely with decision-makers, and have a direct hand in shaping the places we create.

About the Opportunity

As Pinnacle Places continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Finance & Administration Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role sits at the intersection of finance and project delivery, providing critical support across the financial management and administration of our development projects.

Working closely with both the Finance and Development Teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring project financial information is accurate, reporting is reliable, and administration processes support the successful delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative workplace and wants to build a career within the property development industry.

What You'll Be Doing

In this wide-ranging role, you will:

- Coordinate the financial administration of development projects, including land sale settlements, contractor invoices and project cost management.

- Maintain accurate project financial information, cost schedules and supporting documentation.

- Prepare reconciled invoice packs, GST documentation,

billing information and financial reports.

- Support cash flow reporting, forecasting activities and project financial reporting.

- Ensure project information, approvals and financial data remain accurate within Procore and other business systems.

- Work closely with the Finance Manager and Development Team to support informed commercial decision-making.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance systems, reporting processes and project administration.

About You

You are highly organised, proactive and you have excellent attention to detail. You enjoy solving problems and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience in a finance, accounts or project administration role, preferably within property, construction or development.

- Exposure to development finance, settlements or project costing (highly regarded).

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.

- Experience with MYOB or similar finance systems highly desirable.

- Experience with Procore (or similar project management systems) highly desirable.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business.

- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering quality outcomes.

Why Join Pinnacle Places?

At Pinnacle Places, you'll have the opportunity to work within a collaborative and growing business where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.

We offer:

- A supportive and collaborative team environment.

- The opportunity to work across exciting property development projects.

- Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

- Exposure to all aspects of development finance and project delivery.

- A role where you can grow alongside the business and contribute to continuous improvement.

If you're looking for an opportunity to combine your finance and administration skills in a dynamic property development environment, we'd love to hear from you.
