The Role
As a Client Services professional in our SMSF team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our advisors and clients to ensure that all queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client inquiries and requests
- Assisting with the preparation of documentation
- Liaising with external parties to ensure compliance
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about providing excellent client service.
